Soulful Minds – Integrative Practice helps people take care of their mental wellbeing through counselling and easy-to-understand mental health education. We also support other professionals by offering clinical supervision.
Our approach is based on proven methods and delivered with care, understanding, and professional knowledge. We aim to create a safe and supportive space where individuals can reflect and grow their inner strength and sense of self-worth.

We provide in-person and telehealth counselling supporting emotional wellbeing, self-understanding, and meaningful change through clinically informed, person-centred approaches.
In-person session are done at a hired professional consultation room.
Telehealth counselling allows you to access our support via video or phone in a flexible and accessible way.

Our psychoeducation is commonly included in your counselling experience.
We aim to support individuals, groups, and organisations to build understanding of mental health, emotional wellbeing, and psychological resilience through evidence-informed learning.
We also offer Mental Health First Aid Training for small groups. For more information, please email us your expression of interest.

We offer reflective, developmentally informed clinical supervision for practitioners with Level 1 & Level 2 A.C.A. (or equivalent) membership.
We aim to strengthen supervisee's ethical practice, professional growth, and clinical confidence.

Edward is an experienced counsellor and mental health practitioner with over 20 years of experience across education and community services, in Australia and internationally. His integrative, client-centred approach is evidence-based and grounded in compassion, collaboration, and practical strategies that support emotional wellbeing, resilience, and personal growth.
